Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. * The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. * The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@velvaroma.com. 2. Share your Order Number and clear images/videos showing the issue. 3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Return Approval
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. * Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. * If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
