Detailed Fragrance Return Conditions
At our store, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, due to strict public health, hygiene, and safety regulations surrounding personal care products, fragrances are subject to specific return guidelines. We can only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the product meets the following strict criteria:
100% Unopened & Unused: The fragrance must be completely untouched, unsprayed, and unaltered. We cannot accept any bottle that has been sprayed even once, as this compromises the product.
Original Factory Sealed Packaging: The item must be returned in its original retail box with the manufacturer’s cellophane protective plastic wrap fully intact and unbroken. If the seal or plastic wrap is torn, removed, or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a return.
Perfect Resalable Condition: The outer packaging, labels, and bottle must show no signs of handling, wear, or damage. It must arrive back at our warehouse in the exact same pristine condition it was delivered to you.
The Return Process & Inspection
Mandatory Quality Inspection: Please note that all returned items undergo a thorough inspection process by our quality assurance team upon arrival. If our team detects that the fragrance has been opened, sprayed, or that the original packaging has been compromised, the return will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be authorized. In such cases, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Timeframe: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Any requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged during transit, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
